My last dog left me in "dog heaven" six months ago. I thought it was time to get a new dog. Since I was 20, I have always kept purebred dogs that I buy from a breeder. This time, I decided to adopt a dog and went to the SPA. I wanted to get a medium-sized dog so that he could play and run with my son without risk. My love at first sight was with a Labrador. After completing all the formalities, I returned home with my new companion.
Adopting an adult dog is not easy. I have already prepared his kit (basket, plate, some toys and even a dog training collar ). I took a 10-day leave to make sure he acclimates well with his new home. I noticed that he is too agitated during walks. It was necessary to use the training collar during these 10 days in order to teach him to always come back on foot. He is very intelligent, affectionate and obedient. When we leave in the morning, I feel that he is a little sad to be left alone.
