I have two beautiful charcoal black dogs, named Chloe and Bear. Both of them found their way into our lives by accident. With Chloe, I was only in second grade and I was certain that "Santa" had a puppy ready for me for Christmas. Neither Mom nor Dad could find a good dog for me. And on Christmas Eve, it seemed like I wasn't going to get a puppy. That year, my mother was working at a jewelry store in the mall for some Christmas money, when a lady came in saying she found a puppy in the parking lot and was asking if anyone wanted it. My mother jumped at the chance and now we have had Chloe for 6 years.
For Bear, I set out to get a new puppy, 4 years after Chloe arrived. I went to a new aquarium opening, and when I came back, my dad acted like my mom was all crazy about me in the backyard. I knew it was a trick. I went outside to meet our new puppy, Fox, but later we changed his name to Bear because he looked like a big shy bear.
At first, Chloe wasn't very happy with Bear's arrival. He changed his behavior and became aggressive towards her. With a little socialization between the two and the help of an electric dog collar , they became very good friends.
They are both cute! I love them so much.
