Consequently, the consumer acknowledges being fully informed of the fact that his agreement regarding the content of these general terms and conditions of sale does not require the handwritten signature of this document, insofar as the customer wishes to order online the products presented in the store of the website. The consumer has the option of saving or editing these general terms and conditions, it being specified that both the saving and the editing of this document are his sole responsibility. The consumer, prior to his order, declares that the acquisition of these products is not directly related to his professional activity, their acquisition being reserved for his personal use. As a consumer, the customer therefore has specific rights, which would be called into question in the event that the products or services acquired within the framework of the website were in reality related to his professional activity. All of this information is presented in French.
The consumer declares that he has full legal capacity to enter into a commitment under these general conditions.
Article 1: Entirety
These general terms and conditions express the entirety of the parties' obligations. Article 4: Entry into force - duration
These general terms and conditions of sale come into force on the date of validation of the order. These general terms and conditions are concluded for the duration necessary for the provision of the goods and services subscribed to, until the extinction of the guarantees due by the company Colliers-de-dressage.com SARL.
Article 5: Validation of Orders
5.a - Order: Orders are only made online at: www.Colliers-de-dressage.com. No orders will be made directly at the warehouse.

The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed by e-mail at the latest at the time of delivery or, failing that, to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form.
Article 7: Proof of the transaction
The computerized records, stored in the computer systems of the company Colliers-de-dressage.com SARL under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. All announced deadlines are calculated in working days. The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form. Regarding shipping, we work mainly with Coliposte. As soon as we proceed with a shipment, you will immediately receive an email informing you of this.
When you order several products at the same time and they have different delivery dates, the delivery date is based on the most distant date. Colliers-de-dressage.com reserves the right to split shipments. Participation in processing and shipping costs will only be charged for a single shipment.
We also invite you to regularly check your order tracking on your "My Account" page and to contact Customer Service for any questions or in case of problems. To access your "My Account" page, simply identify yourself using your email address and password.
