The commercial warranty allows you to have your product repaired free of charge for 2 years after your purchase or return it without reason for 60 days after your purchase.
How to return an item to us?
I just received my product but it no longer suits me, I want to return it. How do I go about returning a product?
According to your right of withdrawal, if the product does not suit you, we accept any return of products provided that they are suitable for remarketing.
You have 60 days from the date of delivery of your order to return any items that do not suit you.
The return of the product will only be accepted on the sole condition that the product is not unsealed, opened, torn or marked; in other words, the product must be suitable for remarketing.
To return one or more products, simply contact our customer service who will provide you with the procedure to follow and the address to which you can return your package.
Do not return your order to us without prior authorization from our customer service. Our service will give you the address and details necessary to correctly make your return.

Please remember to return your product to us with its original packaging and all its accessories.
After receipt and acceptance of your package by our services, depending on the nature of the product, available stocks and according to your wishes, we will offer you:
- refund of your purchase
- reshipping a new product
If you have chosen to be reimbursed, we will make this reimbursement by the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction (bank card, PayPal, check), and the reimbursement will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days following the date on which the right was exercised.
The costs incurred for the return of the items are not reimbursed by our services and remain your responsibility.
